Are you a UF graduate student or employed by UF or UF Health? I will be subleasing my fully furnished studio apartment at the Continuum from May 1-July . It would be a complete transfer of lease, so I will be completely moved out/you would just be a normal resident vs. a sub-letter. You could choose to resign in the Fall if you wanted to. The Continuum is an apartment complex that is only graduate students and UF employees, so it is a really quiet and nice environment. ALL utilities and parking are included in rent. There is a 5 story parking garage on property. There is also a hour gym, a nice 🏊 pool, and a dog park. The monthly, all inclusive, rent is $. Please let me know if you are interested!
