Quiet, family friendly, 🐕 pet friendly - all breeds -, luxury apartment complex minutes from the light rail, UNCC and the PNC Music Pavilion. One college aged 👩 femaleroommate! My bathroom is not in my bedroom as it is right across the hall, but no one uses it but me. Large 🚶 walk-in closets. Great spot for seniors/graduate students as it’s 🎇clean and quiet. Apartment is unfurnished. Rent does not include utilities, but power and 🌊 water never exceed an extra $/person. Bills are in my roommates name and we just split them via Venmo/cash. Move in date is actually ASAP, but figured the first of a new month would be the easiest for everyone. The complex has a salt🌊 water 🏊 pool, a weight room and a cardio room. Pictures of the area are attached to the post, I can send photos of my own personal space upon request!
