My other roommate will also be subleasing so if you are a pair interested in living together for the summer, this is the perfect place for you! Otherwise, the room can still be yours if interested in only one bedroom.
Rent: $/ month + ~$ for valet trash (they come take your trash out for you!), 🌊 water, and Tempe tax ($/ month)- DUE ON THE 1ST
Utilities: Our internet is always right around $ each, and is due between the rd-th and 💡electricity has been about $ each and due around 1st-3rd.

Private bedroom, shared bath, the only roommate staying for the summer has a private bathroom and there are secure locks on the bedroom doors. The place is super nice and 🎇clean, all 👩 females live here currently and we have taken pride in keeping the place looking as nice as it did when we moved in.
There is a beautiful big 🏊 pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, hammocks, 🍔 grills, and 📺 tvs in the patio area.You will gain full access to the 🏊 pool area and complex gym, as well as the 🌉 gate to the community upon subleasing.
The leasing department is delightful and there is a lounge with free coffee and snacks % of the ⌚time. Free printers are also available in the leasing office.
