One bedroom available with spacious closets and storage throughout the apartment. My roommate is very 🎇clean and typically will keep to herself, though she is very friendly.
Any sublease has to be approved by her, so all inquiries will be passed to her. She prefers a 👩 female with no pets, but a small/quiet one can be negotiated.
The apartment is the entire third floor of a building overlooking the courtyard, fire pit, and cornhole boards. It has all new appliances, nearly 1,sf, and will be partially unfurnished once I move out. The bedroom in question will be unfurnished, common living spaces will be furnished.
