Hi there! My roommate is currently moving back to her home town and I&#;m looking for someone to take over her lease, preferably a student. It&#;s a privately owned duplex, with two bedrooms and one bath located right behind The Standard. It&#;s about a minute 🚶 walk to campus/ midtown. The rent does not include utilities so all together it&#;s around $ to live here which isn&#;t bad considering the location. The room is unfurnished so you&#;d definitely need bedroom furniture but as far as living room/ kitchen I have everything else covered.
