Spacious 4 bed/4 bath apartment with a single room facing the street available. 🚶 walk-in closet within room. The apartment comes with leather-style furniture. Washer and dryer are in the unit and a flat panel 📺 tv is provided in the living room. All utilities are included with rent, with no CAP. Cable and internet are also provided within the room/apartment. Apartment amenities include: fitness center, study room, swimming 🏊 pool, 🎥 movietheater, coffee for residents, recreation center and a professional BBQ 🍔 grill. Also provided in the clubhouse is a -hour center with iMacs and free printing. There is -hour on call staff if you ever run into any issues. The apartment complex itself is located near downtown Greensboro and various colleges and it is on the HEAT 🚌 bus route. My roommates and I keep to ourselves, mainly because we are so busy. The date the apartment will be available on is not fixed date, so this can be discussed if you are interested, and I’m willing to lower my rent
