The room is itself unfurnished but I have a couch and all kitchen appliances that you can use. The security deposit is already taken care of and my lease ends in the first week of May . There is parking available as well with no extra cost.🌊 water and sewer are included but you will have to split the 💡electricity charges with me.The unit is on the third floor. The J line is right infront of the complex. 👩 females only /no smoking/no alcohol and no pets please. Must be 🎇neat. Students or working professionals preferred.
