Hi, I am a sophomore at 💛 UCF looking to give up my lease. I moved in here 2 years ago with my 🏆best friend and we’re both looking to move out. (rooms are right next to each other!) The complex staff has been extremely nice and maintenance has been very responsive (less than hrs!!!)
Located right in front of the complex, near the Amazon Hub lockers and the leasing office, which has free-use of coffee makers for morning coffee (just a few steps away from the apartment), treats for your dog, a 🕶️ tanning booth, a study room with a huge 📺 tv, and computers with a FREE printer. This complex also has 2 🏊 pools, a basketball court, and plenty of parking spaces for its residents. The apartment comes fully furnished with a full-size ⛄ fridge, dishwasher, ☢ microwave, in-unit washer & dryer, queen-sized beds, spacious closets, wall-to-wall mirrors in the bathrooms, etc.
There&#;s also a free🚍 shuttle bus, located in front of the leasing office, that takes students to the heart of the 💛 UCF Campus.
Rent is $ per month (That INCLUDES furniture, and wayyyyyy cheaper than what most apartment complexes are offering) and your leasing term would be // - //.
