I’m subletting a studio apartment at Midtown Apartments that lasts until 7//, though you can extend it if you wish. As a bonus, I’m willing to pay the first month’s rent to whoever picks up the lease.
It’s fully furnished, includes internet, cable, 🌊 water, sewage, and trash removal, with a $ dollar 💡electricitycap (I have NEVER surpassed this cap however, and I run a gaming PC and several game consoles in my room). There is also a ☢ microwave that is also a convention oven with a 2-in-1 washer/dryer unit. Amenities include a rec center, outdoor lounge, study rooms, bicycle storage, and gym. It’s a 5 minute 🚶 walk from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, so it’s extremely close by campus. UF is within 🚶 walking distance, as well as Publix and Target. There is parking. Free🚴 bike storage, with $ a month for car parking and $ a month for scooters/mopeds/etc.
Rent is $1, a month.
