Hey everyone! I&#;m looking for someone to take over the lease for my room at Laurel Ridge for the Spring Semester (while I am studying abroad). It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment and you would have a private room with a large closet. The downstairs space is fully furnished with a full kitchen and washing and drying machines. There is a sliding glass door that leads to a backyard outdoor space perfect for 🍔 grilling or studying. I can also leave my double bed, desk, and futon if you would like to use them. If not, you can bring it your own bedroom furniture. You would be living with one 👨 guy who is a junior. He is very friendly, 🎇cleans up after himself, doesn&#;t stay up super late, and is easy to get along with.
I am flexible on the start date; it can be as early as December if desired and will go until the end of July . Rent is $/month including plenty of available off-street parking and readily-available maintenance. There is an additional $/month fee for Spectrum Internet. 🌊 water and 💡electricity are billed separately and usually total to around $/month.
Laurel Ridge is a minute 🚶 walk/ minute 🚴 bike ride to campus and comes with access to a 🏊 pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and fenced dog park. Laurel Ridge is within a minute 🚶 walk to multiple 🚌 bus stops with routes to campus.
