Hey Everyone! I am subleasing my room in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment for the months of June and July. The apartment is located right next to North Carolina State University&#;s Centennial Campus. The room comes with a 🚶 walk-in closet, own bathroom, and is fully furnished (includes bedframe, mattress, storage cabinets, study table, chair, bedside cabinet). The living room and dining room of the apartment is also fully furnished, including an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment also includes a 📺 tv which has sling 📺 tv, Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu apps. The apartment also has a patio.
The rent, $, includes parking, landlord liability insurance, utilities, 📺 tv, WiFi.
There is a Go Raleigh 🚍 bus stop next to the apartment complex.
Our apartment complex also gets access to the clubhouse, poo, fitness center, and printing of the apartment complex next to us, which is a minute 🚶 walk from us.
NOTE: The sublease is for June and July only, so move-in date will be June 1st and the lease will end by end of July. The layout of the apartment is attached below (my room is the one on the far left of the side with 3 rooms (the room closer to the entrance of the apartment)). If you would like to see pictures of the apartment, please contact me asap. no pets preferred.
