The location of the apartment is ideal since it is right on Alafaya 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF main campus and minutes away from local stores and 🍔 restaurants like Waterford Lakes and University Blvd. The apartment is looking for a roommate to two other awesome and sweet 👩 girls. The rent is $ and the utilities are included in this price so there are no caps on all utilities which is super nice(so no worrying if you forget to turn off your lights!).
