Hi everyone, sublease starting March 1st, you can move in mid-Feb though. I am subleasing my room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on Dubose Avenue in Normaltown (super close to campus, 4 minute 🚶 walk to Hendershots, about a -minute 🚶 walk to the arch). The room is huge, basically the size of a studio apartment, and has a closet. The roommates are all 👩 girls, super 🎇clean and considerate. One has a cat and one has a dog. The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, great oven, and a huge backyard and upper-level porch that looks out the back. The rent would be a month plus utilities. The lease would be until July 1st, but the house is open for renewal in the Fall. Please message me if you have any questions, want more pictures, or are interested.
