It is fully furnished WITH washer and dryer in the apartment (comes with memory foam mattress, bed frame, under bed drawers, desk with outlets attached and a desk chair in the room itself) The apartment complex is brand new so all the appliances work great! 2 other students live there, very kind and fun and are practicing COVID safety actively. Apartment has a 🏊 pool, very nice gym and the complex is safe as you have to have a fob to enter any of the buildings. Parking is free/ included in rent! 1/2 off February rent if you respond in the next 2 days :)
