Hello! My classes are all online next semester so I am moving back home to save expenses. Currently have 2 polite, 👨 maleroommates living in the 3x, sq.ft apartment. All utilities are included in rent, 🌊 water is the only tab in Knights Circle but no one has gone above the tab.
Knights Circle is a 🌉 gated community with available security for safety. Staff from Knights Circle have been adequate to help with my inquiries or repairs in my apartment.
Move-In date is January 3rd. I currently pay $/month but am willing to sublease for $/month.
