The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that is fully furnished and in a great location for 💛 UCF students. There is a 👩 femaleroommate that keeps to herself, so I need a 👩 female to fill the room. Parking is not included, if you want access to the 🌉 gated garage or resident parking you&#;ll need to purchase a parking pass from the front office, this is an additional $ a month. I&#;ve covered the last 2 months of the lease, so I&#;m going to need $ upon move-in additional to the first-month rent in January. This means you will get that last month in July for free.
