Both of the roommates are Indian 👩 girls and are super sweet, they are respectful of vegetarian/vegan diets and due to COVID- are not staying at the apartment. The Unit is in building 2, which is right next to the 🚌 bus stop, 🏊 pool, mail and gym. Free parking also included for the resident, as well as all utilitiesincluded in the monthly rate! I am an international student so I won&#;t be returning any⌚time soon! I&#;m willing to negotiate a deal that works for the both of us. 1st month will be paid by me.
