I no longer need the apartment because all my classes are online for both fall and spring semesters. I have been moved in for barely a month therefore everything is still like brand new and all roommates are very nice and quiet. My rent each month is $, utilities $, and insurance $. for a total of $. each month. My remaining lease is until July and is less than minutes from 💚 USF and is a great location as it is minutes away from basically everything. The unit includes a washer and dryer and the community has a gym and 🏊 pool.
