This is a GREAT apartment that is extremely close to the Main Campus of 💛 UCF. Very spacious and private bedroom/bathroom. The room comes furnished with a desk, desk chair, full-size bed, drawers, and matching nightstand. Less than a 5 min 🚍 shuttle ride, which has a stop right outside of the building. The community also offers a gym, resort-style 🏊 pools, 🎥 movietheater, basketball/volleyball courts, a computer lab for printing your assignments and is /7 monitored by security/💛 UCFPD. ALL UTILITIESINCLUDED in rent! Very fast WiFi, 🌊 water,💡electricity, and trash pick-up are all part of the monthly rent. The apartment is also furnished and has its own kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Two other great, cool/quiet and laid back 👨 guys live in the apartment. You definitely won&#;t need to worry about having any issues with them. They&#;re great roommates and more importantly great people.
