I am looking for someone to take on my year&#;s lease at Avalon Heights. It is one bedroom, private bathroom and balcony (with a 🏊 pool view) in a 4 x 4 apartment. It is very close, 🚶 walking distance from campus and Publix. Rent is $ a month, utilitiesincluded. It is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, night stand and dresser. It also has a good sized closet. Roommates are all 👩 female, very nice, and prefer having a 👩 femaleroommate. Avalon heights has a 🏊 pool, study room, fast wifi, a gym, game room, basketball court and volleyball court.
