I am subleasing my room at RiverWind due to be taking online classes for my last semester before graduation. It is a four room four bathroom apartment. Roommates are never home, either at work or at school. They’re quiet and keep to themselves. Everything is included, 🌊 water,💡electricity (overages here in there for using the air conditioning a lot). You would have to move in May and be left with the lease until July st. The room that you would be taking over would be room A. It seems like the biggest and most taken care of room compared to the others in the apartment. Just like all the other student housing, it also has the 🚌 shuttles that take you to 💛 UCF Main Campus. If you have any questions feel free to text me. It is a 👨 guy rented apartment but if you’re a 👩 female and don’t mind I’m pretty sure we all put on the lease it could be 👨👩 co-ed. 🐕 pets are allowed.
