I am renting out a fully furnished bedroom in a 3/2 home. I have 2 dogs that are emotional support animals. Roommates will have full use of the living areas of the home, a parking space, and rent that includes utilities! I am willing to do 6-month rental or for extended terms! -It would be $ per person for rent
-We would have a roommate agreement that you will need to sign before moving in
-Utilities would be split evenly among all the roommates (the cost is generally between $-$, depending on the heat!)
-You would have full use of our kitchen, washer and dryer, storage space in the garage, and family room with 📺 tv and game consoles. Large back yard with screen in porch.

-We would like to see confirmation of employment by means of pay stubs or letter from the supervisor
-We both work full ⌚time, so we’re up early and generally in bed before midnight, so we are looking for considerate roommates
