Each room has its own bathroom and keyed lock from the common area. The exterior shots in the video are for the same building. Unit has washer and drier, and a shared kitchen area.
Lease is from August to July (for the college crowd). You won&#;t be responsible for prior months once you move in, and rent will be prorated for the month you move in. Rent does not include utilities, which should be around $ total per month per roommate (🌊 water, 💡electric, and internet).
Pets are allowed, but there is an additional charge according to the landlord, and large dogs may not be allowed (Landlord&#;s rules, not us).
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
