- 9 month lease
1 bedroom in 2 beds 2 baths.

Hey I am a M sophomore at ASU looking for a roommate to sign onto my 9 month lease at NEXA. The base rent would be $ plus tax and we would split the bills for 🌊 water, 💡electricity, and internet. I would think the final rent with utilities would be roughly $ a month, but this will change slightly on a month to month basis. On the day you move in I would also need $ for the security deposit (you will get it back at the end of the lease). Renter&#;s insurance is required and would need to be set up before you move in. It will cost around $ one ⌚time fee for minimum coverage and it will last until the end of the lease. It is on Apache and is about 0.5 miles from ASU. The room is an unfurnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom , we would each have our own room and bathroom (the room is disability access so the bathrooms are huge). The room is 1, square feet, and it has a washer and dryer in unit and has a very big and open kitchen and living room. The total size is The complex is extremely beautiful, upscale, and nice (I was blown away during the tour) and has plenty of amenities such as a beautiful resort-style 🏊 pool and hot tub, very nice gym with free weights and plenty of machines, and a beautiful courtyard with quality 🍔 grills, fire pits and 📺 tvs. I don&#;t have too much preferences as far as roommates, although I would prefer that you are an ASU student as well. As far as me I am a business major, I like to play video games and watch 📺 tv/🎥 movies. I do like to party fairly frequently, but I wont trash the apartment or anything (I am pretty 🎇clean overall), I will probably have guest over pretty frequently, but never more than maybe or so at once (It will usually not be more than 4 or 5) and I do like to play music fairly loud occasionally as well. I am pretty chill and easy to get along with though and I am more than willing to work out any problems that either of us may have living with each other. Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions!!!
