Hi my name is Ashley and I am looking for someone to take over my lease due to a family emergency that is requiring me to move back home. I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. It is a recently upgraded 4 bedroom town home, the room is furnished with a twin size bed, dresser, and desk with a private bathroom included in the bedroom. The living room is furnished as well and includes a flat screen 📺 tv, dinning room table, couch, and plenty of light. Roommates are all women, kitchen is kept 🎇clean,and washer and dryer are included in unit on second level. Currently there are only 2 other people living in our apartment and then I make 3 people in total. You would be living in Room B which is upstairs across the hall from the washer and dryer with 2 other roommates and the 4th roommate lives downstairs.
RENT: $ with all utilitiesincluded as well as pest control, yard work, parking pass, and they never charge for overages !!!
