The room is on the top floor of a 6 bed/3.5 bath house. It&#;s the biggest room with a 🚶 walk-in closet and sink/vanity built into it!
One off-street parking spot would be available as well if you wanted it!
The house is next to Van Cleve park and is super close to multiple 🚌 bus routes. Additionally the 🚶 walk to campus is fairly easy and doable even in the winter!
This room is huge and would be perfect for any couples searching for housing, or would be a great space for any singles!
Current roommates are all 👩 female, but don&#;t mind any gender moving in!
Rent would be around $ including utilities and if you wanted the parking spot.
