I am looking for someone..ANYONE to sublease my apartment on August th. This location of the apartment is 5 minutes from UNCW and about from downtown Wilmington. I currently do not have anyone set up to be my roommate. This could be something for two people to look into leasing together!!! This price includes ALL amenities (washer, dryer, 🏊 pool, gym, cable, 🌉 gated community, a/c and heat) The lease is for ONE YEAR. if you need something shorter, I am sure that you can find someone to take over for the amount of ⌚time you will not need it any longer.
