I have the master bedroom in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment becoming available mid-July/ August 1st. The apartment is in the Parc at University Tower apartments in Durham, just down the road from Duke. It would be lease takeover thru the end of September, with the option to renew. Rent is $ / month (includes 🌊 water and wifi); additional utilities (💡electricity, cable) average $ a month. The bedroom is .5 by feet and has a private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. There are W/D in the apartment, and any 🐕 pets are welcome. The other occupant is a PhD student at Duke. He is respectful and keeps a 🎇clean common living space, and has been a great roommate to me for the past 3 years.
The apartment has a lot of natural light and the community has a 🏊 pool and tennis court. I&#;ve really ❤️loved living there, and am hoping to find a good tenant to take over for me.
