This apartment is located within 🚶 walking distance to UNCG campus. The bedroom for lease faces a private wooded area, and gets great sunlight in the mornings. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with plenty of storage under the sink. The room is big enough to play around with several different layouts, and there is a ton of closet space for clothes, shoes, and storage. There&#;s a washer/dryer in unit, as well as a dish washer, ⛄ fridge, and stove. There is plenty of pantry space for 3 people and an extra storage closet in the common areas. There is currently one year old 👩 female living in the apartment. She is very friendly and you will have many thought provoking conversations. She also keeps to herself since she is a full ⌚time anthropology student at UNCG so she spends most of her ⌚time studying. She is also very tidy, 🎇clean and a nonsmoker. It is near several nice 🍔 restaurants, and a couple of bars so you can easily go out with your friends. I always feel comfortable 🚶 walking around the apartment at night because it is well lit and relatively quiet.
