I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the rest of the summer as well as my new leasing agreement from August -July-. You can move in as soon as you want! The apartment is right next to 💚 USF and has nice amenities. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 📺 tv, private bathroom, and a shared kitchen/living space are all included!
