I&#;m trying to sublease my space in this penthouse apartment for Fall -Summer . The penthouse units are the entire top floor of the complex and have other additional perks like hardwoods throughout, higher ceilings, and a better kitchen. The complex amenities are great, and the penthouse units here are completely full! I would be able to sign the lease over to you so we wouldn&#;t have to deal with subleasing logistics!
