I&#;m graduating this semester so I need someone to take over the lease this summer. This is my third year at Knights Circle so I&#;ve kept a pretty low rent by renewing early. This unit is probably one of the 🏆best priced units at Knights Circle right now.
Everything in the apartment has been maintained and is in good condition. Nice large closet, Full XL bed, and private bathroom are all included in the room, along with nightstand, dresser, and desk. Building is very close to Alafaya in the front of Knights Circle and is very close to the 🚌 bus stop for the free💛 UCF🚌 shuttle. Unit has full kitchen with dishwasher, ⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave, and oven and has an in-unit washer and dryer.
All utilities (🌊 water, sewer, trash, cable📺 tv, and internet) are included in the rent, but there is a cap on 💡electricity that&#;ll charge you if you go over it. If you use a normal amount of 💡electricity though then you won&#;t ever go over the cap.
Overall this is a great place to live right across the street from campus (with a free💛 UCF🚌 shuttle that drops off at the Student Union) for a great price! Thanks for looking!
