You will be getting a spacious one bedroom and your own bathroom. There will be three other 👩 girls living in the unit. They are very chill and just ❤️love to hang out and have a good ⌚time. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as updated appliances in the kitchen. The unit is furnished!! All utilities are included in this rent price, except for 💡electricity which probably won’t be more than about $ or so. Your parking tag is also included in this price, but you can choose to opt out of that at any ⌚time which would knock rent down to /month. There is parking along the street outside so you do have some options as far as that goes. I would ❤️love to live here with my friends but so extenuating circumstances have come up, so I really need someone to re-let!
