The Chateau has a rooftop deck on the th floor, a lounge on the th floor (with free printing, computers, 📺 tv, Foosball, and ping pong), two study rooms, an exercise room, and a laundry room.
Since Chateau is a cooperative, you can also get paid $/hour in rent credit to be a board member, host events, and do other jobs like take out the recycling. Anyone can attend monthly board meetings to bring up concerns, vote, and talk about event ideas. Some common events at the Chateau are rooftop 🎥 movie nights with free snacks in the summer, cooking/art classes, yoga, game nights, and casual parties with free🍕 food.
There is a cat living in this apartment. He is declawed and very friendly and nice to people.
You will need to bring a bed and furniture for your bedroom (and any other furniture you would like). However, if you are unable to bring furniture initially, I have a car and can help transport furniture after you move in.
