The house is a new build with a completion date of April, . This rental agreement would be for 6 months at a ⌚time and would start May, . Rental includes private bedroom, closet and bathroom just outside bedroom door. Shared areas are kitchen, large, open great room, patio and yard. We have a small dog (Jack Russell mix) but are not open to any additional 🐕 pets in the home.

The house is located in Hawkes🌊 water Leland, NC. Right across the development is the Brunswick Park which includes water/launch access, boat ramp, park, and plenty of trails. We are mins from downtown Wilmington and about from UNCW. Very quiet neighborhood and secluded from the college/local traffic.
