Hello! I need someone to take over the end of my lease at University Oaks as I will be graduating in May. You have the option to renew the lease for the school year as well. I can be negotiable with the move-in date if you need to move-in earlier than May th. Also, I am willing to pay for a fair portion of the May rent depending on when you decide to move in. My rent is currently $, which includes parking and most utilities. The only utility you will have to pay for is 💡electric which is typically $-$ per person. I will pay $ towards the rent price.
