There are no overages - all utilities, cable, and internetincluded. The washer and dryer are in the apartment. There are two pantries, closet on the patio, and a front entry closet for extra storage space. It is fully furnished. You have your own private bathroom and a huge closet.
It is a private🌉 gated community, no passcodes for entry you have to have a clicker. I have had absolutely no problems, noise level is at a minimum and I&#;m in the first floor. Would not be leaving if I was not transferring.
Rent is $ a month. no guarantor required. I will pay the sublease fee.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
