The rest of February&#;s rent as well as March&#;s rent will be paid for. The lease ends 7//. We have a 3 BR townhouse with Wildwood that has the 3rd bedroom sealed essentially giving you a "supersized" two bedroom initially meant for 3 to live in.
My roommate still living there is very quiet, 🎇clean, and friendly. He is a 👨 male, but you don&#;t necessarily have to be a 👨 male or a 👩 female to move in. You must be a single leasee however. The room was left in great condition, but if you&#;d prefer to move into the third "sealed" bedroom that hasn&#;t been leased this year management has said they&#;ll allow someone to move into that one instead if you prefer.
