Hi everyone! I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease next school year at UV and figured this would be a good place to ask around! Here&#;s some basic info about the suite and the three great men within:

month lease that runs from August , - May , (this can easily be extended if you need to stay over the summer)
4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (so you get your own private space!)
Fully furnished (bed, dresser, desk)
Full kitchen
Washer/dryerincluded in the suite
Huge living room with a comfortable couch, coffee table, and a 📺 tv (with cable!)
🚍 shuttle that runs between the apartment and Main/Centennial every minutes
Free parking
3 great men to provide excellent companionship (or not, you don&#;t need to talk to them)
Kevin 1: Plant Biology major that likes 🍕 pizza, chocolate milk, and video games.
Kevin 2: Psychology major (I think?) that likes Coors Light and Earl Sweatshirt.
James: Nutrition major that likes making smoothies and playing Wizard. He also has a strobe light and a fog machine so he&#;s ready to party at any ⌚time!
