Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3/3 at Campus Lodge Apartments starting in August to August .
Room has private bathroom, queen sized bed, includedinternet, cable, and water. Apartment is on the first floor, includes large kitchen and living area with appliances, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, and is fully furnished including a nice 📺 tv in living area and large desk in bedroom.
Great community with amazing 🏊 pool, huge gym, computer lab with printer and PCs/Macs, lots of parking, and is 🌉 gated. Roommates will both not be renewing their leaves in fall, so if you have others you wanted to room with, other rooms will probably be available.
I signed my lease back in fall, so my rate ( plus 💡electric) is lower than the ones currently being offered. Also, at the ⌚time of posting leasing office is currently waving all application/administrative fees. Text/email me if you&#;re interested!
