Hi, I&#;m subleasing my room at Riverwind, 👩 girlS ONLY. Feb to July. It comes fully furnished, with your own bathroom, and rent is $(utilitiesincluded). There&#;s a 🚌 shuttle available and it&#;s usually on schedule. The apartment complex has a 🏊 pool, printing lab, gym, and 🎥 movie room. I live with three roommates, one is barely home, the other two are quiet and usually keep to themselves, so I&#;ve had no problem with them.
