Hello! I am looking to sublease my apartment at Campus Crossings to another 👩 female. The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath, and the room is located upstairs. Currently there are only 3/4 people (including me) in this apartment so you would have one less roommate to worry about. Also, since everyone is on their own lease (if someone doesn’t pay, you don’t have to worry about it)meaning you dont have to pay more for missing a roommate. My roommates all go to 💛 UCF, and they are very friendly. The bedroom is furnished (bed, bed frame, desk, chair, 2 dressers that are stack-able, and a closet. The downstairs living room and kitchen are also furnished (couches, coffee table, dining table, 4 chairs, ⛄ fridge, stove, oven, ☢ microwave, and dishwasher. 💡electricity is included in the rent with a cap, and there is a 🚌 shuttle to 💛 UCF. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. 🐕 pets are not included in this lease. You would be taking my rent rate, which is $ a month. Please email or text me if you are interested!
