Central location: 2 min from (5) 🍔 restaurants, 3 min from grocerystore, 8 mins from 🎥 movietheater and mall, mins from Wrightsville Beach. My father is a property manager and has been for over twenty years. He manages 3 similar properties in the area, but when it came down to overall location and amenities, this place could not be beat. The washer and dryer are nicely stacked inside a closet in your bathroom, so after a long day it&#;s easy to toss your clothes in the wash before a hot shower. Everything in the entire apartment is modern down to the floors and appliances. Bar-like seating that separates the kitchen from the living room which makes it small enough to feel cozy, yet big enough to have people over. It is literally the 🏆best place I have ever lived, and I am sad I have to go. This is definitely a place anyone will enjoy and one of the 🏆best properties I picked to live. (Job relocation)
