The Station on Washington has been the 🏆best living experience I have had on campus so far. Maintenance is quick and easy although very little has been required. We have a full kitchen complete with an oven/stove, a nice (working) dishwasher which can be rare, full size ⛄ fridge, 📺 tv with includedcable, WIFI & Ethernet connections, extra cable box for each room, and personal bathrooms in each room with plenty of storage. The room also features a full-size closet and dresser. Everything in the apartment is fully functional and in great condition.
The most appealing feature of this apartment for me is the perfect view and ideal location. Youre right in the heart of campus so 🚶 walking to class is easy but youre also a short 🚶 walk from the Green line and the 🚍 bus system so you can get just about anywhere from right outside of the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment has a perfect view of TCF stadium (you can almost watch games) and out of the other window is downtown Minneapolis.
Your roommate would be Nathan, a computer science student at the University of Minnesota. For the large majority of the ⌚time, he tends to keep to himself and hang out in his room. He prefers his privacy but doesnt have any problems with having people over. Ive only ever had an issue once where I was playing music too loud, late at night, as I had forgotten he was back in town. So he gently reminded me and I adjusted the volume right away. Overall, about the easiest going roommate I have had so far.
