I am transferring after the Fall semester ends, and I&#;m looking for someone to take over my year-long lease at the District on Apache in Tempe, AZ. I currently live with two other 👨 males, so I&#;d preferably like to sublease my room to another 👨 male. The apartment comes fully furnished with a kitchen and washer-dryer set. I would recommend living here, but due to circumstances I cannot stay here after December when the Fall semester is over. $/month plus 💡electricity.
