There is a $ concession for utilities. The complex is equipped with a 🏊 pool, -hour gym, a study lounge with 6 other study rooms, an outdoor courtyard with firepit and 🍔 grilling area, garage parking and many socialevents. It is less than minutes from 💚 USF and a stop for the Bullrunner, which is very reliable. The rooms are furnished with a 📺 tvincluded.
