The apartment has laundry on site, a gym, free 🕶️ tanning, a 🏊 pool, and lounge area and they are always giving out free🍕 food in it.
Rent is . 💡electric is not included but our bill is usually if that now that we aren’t using AC. 🐕 pets are welcome but there is a deposit and fee each month. The building is right next to loop road so it’s an easy minute 🚶 walk to campus and there is also a 🚌 bus stop right there that easily takes you around campus. It’s super convenient. My roommate is nice and usually is in her room so you have the freedom to be in the living room without worrying about disturbing her
