They are all very nice always down to hangout as well as respectful to all that live in the house. Everyone is and goes to 💛 UCF. Due to a job offering I need to move in Jan for your first month I will give you $ towards rent which is $ a month utilities are are 💡electric and every month for internet🌊 water is taken care of. Ten mins from campus and the area has a lot to offer. Rent is due every 5th of the month you will have to bring your own bed the room is not furnished. Please reach out to me ASAP!!
