Hi! I&#;ve lived in a student housing apartment complex for the past year and now I&#;m looking to upgrade. Unfortunately, I already renewed my lease term for August of through July of (////). I&#;m looking for someone to take this over. The complex is called Village Green Student Housing and it was truly great. Especially for a &#;first apartment&#; experience. The grounds and housing are 🎇clean, the staff is helpful, maintenance is responsive. The location is IDEAL. mins from about 5 colleges including NCSU, which the complex actually provides a 🚍 shuttle to (included in you rent costs.) It is literally right in front of the exits to I- east and west. mins from downtown Raleigh. You do not have to be a student to reside here. You will have two roommates to be matched with. You can make specifications to this. You are responsible for paying for YOUR room and only you (rent by the bed). You are not liable to a roommate who cannot pay rent. Your rent is all inclusive to the following:
-Furniture (bedroom: dresser, desk, nightstand. Kitchen: appliances, dining table/chairs. Living: sectional couch, 📺 tv & 📺 tv stand, end table, coffee table.)
