Unit is in a very nice and spacious apartment on the second floor of Valentine Commons apartment building within very close 🚶 walking distance of NCSU Campus. Multiple amenities on site including privategym, study lounges, as well as computer and free printing rooms.
Private bathroom inside of a private bedroom is included. The unit has a shared full kitchen, washer/dryer, pantry, and living room that is shared with 2 other 👨 maleroommates. The current roommates are very nice and quiet, and will not be a disturbance. One will be leaving soon and the other will be gone for a month so the unit will be mostly quiet and empty all summer. The living room includes a sofa and chair, and the bedroom includes a bed with mattress, dresser, study desk, chair, and closet and shelf space.
New resident must be 👨 male and be able to take over the remainder of the lease. There will also be a parking pass included in the lease when the new resident takes over, this will be an additional $ per month for a total of $ per month. The rent for the month of May has already been paid the new resident will only be responsible for paying for June and July. The apartment is ready to move in today and the lease ends on July st.
